The Utah Medical Finesse ESU 100 Electrosurgical Generator and Smoke Evacuation System provides a pure cut mode and three blend modes that perform concurrent cutting and superficial coagulation as required by standard practice for loop procedures. The smoke removal module is integrated with the electrosurgical generator to enhance the convenience and safety of the LETZ and LEEP procedures, using a four component system to evacuate and filter the smoke produced during electrosurgery. This unit is sold refurbished with a 6 month warranty.

We have used AKW for years to purchase electric exam tables, autoclaves, and other medical devices. They are super responsive and are available to quickly service any item needing repair, whether it was purchased through them or not. Our Midmark 11 autoclave had been giving us several error numbers, was "repaired" by Henry Schein a couple of times, paid a lot of money, and the autoclave was still malfunctioning. We decided to give AKW Medical a try and we are very satisfied with the service. During the repair they gave us a free loaner autoclave. Our repaired Midmark 11 is just working fine!
