Return Policy
RETURN POLICY.
- No returns are accepted without written authorization from AKW Medical, Inc.
- Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Customer pays for shipping of return item.
- No custom order items are eligible for return.
- Items that are approved for return must be received at AKW Medical facility within 5 business days of approval.
- Credit will be issue once item is received back at AKW facility in original condition.
- Returns must be requested within 10 business days of receipt of item.
- Items that are damaged in shipment or are not functioning properly will be replaced by AKW Medical, Inc.
